1921-2009

Passed away on the 16th of November peacefully at home. Born in Hungary, Eva came to Canada in 1956 as a refugee, settled in Vancouver and worked for B.C. Hydro in the drafting department till she retired. Eva's interests were many, religious, cultural, social, and in sports. Eva will be greatly missed by her many friends at the Aquatic Center, The West End Seniors Centre, Barclay Manor, the Chelsea, Naramata and Bethleem retreat centers, her Church and all the organizations she actively participated. A Memorial service will be held in presence of her cremated remains on Friday, December 11th at 2.00 p.m. in the chapel at St. Andrews - Wesley United Church, corner of Nelson St. and Burrard. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory can be made to her favorite charities.
